About the Examination Cell

 

The Examination Cell at KLE Science and Commerce Junior College plays a pivotal role in ensuring fair and systematic conduct of examinations. Led by Ms. Nutan S. Narvadkar and coordinated by Mrs. Swati R. Yeole and Mrs. Lekha J. Verma, the Cell is equipped with modern infrastructure to manage all examination-related activities.

Functions of the Examination Cell

  • The Examination cell organizes and conducts the XI and XII standard examinations as per HSC board pattern.
  • Handling the web portal regarding Student Information, Assessment and marks entry.
  • Verifying and maintaining the student’s academic examination records confidentially.
  • Making necessary arrangements for the theory and practical examinations and collecting the examination fees from the student.
  • Displaying the results and creating results analysis.
  • Assisting students in clarifying their academic and exam-related queries.
  • Distributing students their certificates.

Internal Theory and Practical Exams

  • Conducting internal examinations for the students.
  • Preparation of exam schedule, hall allocation, and seating arrangements for examinations.
  • Collecting the question papers from the subject teachers, printing, and disseminating for examination.
  • Handling the answers scripts, mark entry portal, and result analysis.
  • Displaying the results and creating results analysis.
  • Assisting students in clarifying their academic and exam-related queries.

Exam Rules – Rules to be Adopted by Students During Examination

  • A candidate must possess an identity card issued by the college to enter the examination hall.
  • Candidates must occupy their seats 10 minutes before the exam starts and maintain discipline and silence.
  • Entrance to the hall is barred 30 minutes after the exam starts, and exiting is not allowed within the first 45 minutes.
  • Candidates should bring their own pens, pencils, erasers, and calculators, without borrowing from others.
  • Only blue or black ink or ball-point pens should be used for writing.
  • Cell phones, pagers, and other communication devices are prohibited inside the examination hall.
  • Candidates must verify they have received the correct question papers before starting.
  • All rough work must be done in the answer book itself; no separate rough workbooks are provided.
  • Asking questions or seeking clarifications from the Hall Superintendent during the exam is forbidden.
  • Candidates must hand over their answer books to the Hall Superintendent before leaving the hall.
  • Writing roll numbers in unspecified spaces or making identifiable marks on answer books may lead to disciplinary action.
  • Any form of malpractice will result in immediate referral to the Chief Superintendent for disciplinary action.
  • Candidates will not receive any external communication until the completion of their examination.
